Main Processes

  • Preparing the images to be used on the site and ensuring that they are added to the site,
  • Using the site panel and providing the transactions that will be reflected on the frontend,
  • Keeping the website up to date,
  • Updating the site according to the campaign calendar,
  • Actively using information and marketing applications (e-mailing, push, etc.),
  • Controlling Analytics data and taking action when necessary,
  • To meet the questions, requests and complaints directed by the Customer Services,
  • To be in contact with 3rd Party companies.


Job Description

  • Ensuring the follow-up of issues such as campaign management, order management and customer relationship management,
  • Working to improve customer experience and increase customer acquisition,
  • Communicating with the 3rd party companies and informing them about the campaign and following the process.

  • Being in coordination with alternative sales channels (linkadoo etc.),
  • Ensuring daily margin and sales controls,
  • Control over the system of orders with supply and stock problems from customer services
  • To provide information for the action to be taken by providing
  • Activating discounts and campaigns on the site,
  • Updating the widgets on the site,
  • To ensure the change and control of banners,
  • Requesting the visuals needed by the site from the studio shooting team and uploading them to the site,
  • Monitoring all order processes and eliminating disruptive processes,
  • Preparing the warehouse sku report,
  • Meeting the front-end requirements,
  • To follow and manage manual return processes,
  • Managing and following up the complaints of the Consumer Arbitration Committee,
  • Managing and reporting all operational processes of E-Commerce.


Your Skills and Experience

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce,
  • Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position,
  • Following the trends, domestic and international sectoral developments,
  • Able to actively use Microsoft Office programs,
  • Open to development, strong analytical direction,
  • Strong communicator, prone to teamwork,
  • Proficient in the Analytics tool.
