About the Job
- Analyze the structure of the business, how the processes are defined and what its goals are
- Understand the tools and platforms that the company uses, analyze the data and bring the insight for the daily pricing, commission adjustments and discount promotions
- Advanced level experience in SQL and MS Excel is a must.
- Manage reporting tasks: collect and organize data from a myriad of different sources, manage and create reporting templates.
- Assisting teams in other departments with data or reporting related questions
- Effectively and efficiently manage large data files
- Analytical thinker - strong problem solver, employs logic, makes decision-based on empirical approach vs. “gut” feelings.
- Curious - eager to learn, with a genuine want "get to the bottom" of something.

- Own the development, product ionization and maintenance of data platform architecture, as well as a road map for its future development that matches and supports business needs
- Collaboration across business functions – build and maintain close working relationships with Functional teams (BD, Operations, RM, Finance) and Senior Leadership to develop a thorough understanding of our business and build and evolve the Tech & Tools (BI, CRM) road map
- Produce comprehensive analysis for key stakeholders using appropriate visualization and presentation techniques to provide intuitive and actionable insights that can be used in refining our business strategies
- Analyze business processes and source system data to identify data quality issues
- Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends and identify business opportunities that will drive high growth for Missafir
Who You Are
- Graduated from BA/BSc/MA/MSc in a top tier university
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis, in a startup environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and/or interested in real estate and short-term rental industry is a great plus.
- You are eager to work in a data driven business that aims to be a global brand.
